Caring for someone living with dementia can be overwhelming — but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Join our open, supportive circle where caregivers can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.

Location: Upstairs at the Community HUB (entrance in the back)

Days: Every other Wednesday — Nov 26, Dec 10, Jan 7

Time: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Bring a lunch

What to Expect:

• A welcoming circle of fellow caregivers
• Space to share ideas, strategies, and support
• Dementia educational materials
• Access to helpful dementia resources
