Jill Miners founded Seed to Culture in Lillooet, BC, transitioning from city life to regenerative farming and artisanal fermentation after developing a wine allergy. Along with partner Christoph, she produces probiotic-rich, fermented vegetables (like sauerkraut and pickles) directly from crops they grow, emphasizing organic, farm-to-jar practices.

She is a local “hype girl”, real estate photographer and home stager. She is involved in several organizations and projects in town and is always willing to take on more work if it allows her to take more pictures!

Stepha is the owner of Sowilo Food, a seasonal food truck business that can be found at the Farmer’s Market, community events, or parked at the Lillooet Brewing Company on the weekend. Sowilo Food boasts delicious vegan food with everything made 100% in-house, right down to the hot sauce.

Kaley is a metal artist and toolmaker, who specializes in forging custom bushcraft tools, axes, and metal art. Cole provides personalized catering for events, specializing in custom menus with local ingredients. He is highly professional and passionate about food and is now operating out of the Fort Berens kitchen.
